This Privacy Policy applies to the websites, social media pages, mobile applications, widgets, e-commerce sites, or online services that are owned or controlled by Nature Heals Your Body. and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Nature Heals Your Bosy” or “we” or “us”) and that post a link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, “Sites,” and individually, a “Site”). This Privacy Policy only covers information collected at the Sites and does not cover any information collected at any other web site or offline by Nature Heals Your Body (unless specifically stated). This Privacy Policy describes Nature Heals Your Body’s information collection practices at the Sites, such as the types of information Nature Heals Your Body collects regarding visitors to the Sites and how we may use that information.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any other website owned or operated by any third party even if such third-party links to a Site or if Nature Heals Your Bodsy links to that third-party website. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements. Accordingly, this Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of any third party or business partner that Schwabe North America does not own or control.

In addition to Personal Information, we are also required to collect the product UPC, the batch or lot number, and a brief description of the reaction experienced. Such information may be shared with Safety Call, a third-party company with whom we consult on serious adverse event reports as well as regulatory bodies if required. We will not otherwise share the information you provide with any other party or use the information for marketing or any other purpose.
4. USE OF INFORMATION
We use information that we collect including Personal Information for a variety of purposes. We use information to respond to your requests or questions. We use information to improve our Sites, products, programs and services. We might use your information to customize your experience with us.

Our online retail store is hosted by Shopify. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Site may include having your Personal Information transferred to and stored by Shopify pursuant to their privacy policy, which is available at www.shopify.com/legal/privacy.
7. THIRD PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSING
We use Shopify Payments to process payments in our online store. We do not collect your credit card information; this information bypasses us and is submitted directly to Shopify Payments, our PCI compliant payment gateway which processes your card and remits the funds to us. 8. COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
We collect information, and authorize our third-party vendors to collect information, about users over time across our Sites and for other services. To do this, we and/or our third-party vendors use several common tracking tools. These may include Cookies, Web Beacons, Flash Cookies, and similar technologies. We may use these cookies and tracking technologies:

We retain personal information as long as it is necessary or relevant for the practices described in this Privacy Policy. We also keep information as otherwise required or permitted by law.
11. WE STORE INFORMATION BOTH IN AND OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.
Information we collect from you may be transferred to, or stored at, a destination in the United States or another destination outside of United States. It may be processed by staff operating in these locations who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. If you live outside of the United States, you understand and agree that we may transfer your information to the United States. U.S. laws may not afford the same level or protection as those in your country.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Privacy Policy, and Nature Heals Your Body's collection and use of customer information, shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Washington. Any disputes arising out of this Privacy Policy shall be adjudicated in Whatcom County, Washington or a federal court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Washington.
13. GOVERNING LANGUAGE
Any translation of this Privacy Policy is done for local requirements and in the event of a conflict between the English and any non-English versions, the English version of this Privacy Policy shall govern.
